Delete your BoardHawk account and data

What is deleted: every BoardHawk and BoardHawk Post Helper free trial of your e-mail – the trial key, your name, company and e-mail, the scrambled browser and Relay account codes and the browsers and phones it was used on – straight away. A licence key we issued to you by hand is deleted by us within 30 days (the e-mail we send you says so). Your e-mail is removed from our log. This cannot be undone: a deleted key stops working at once. Copies in our nightly backups are gone within 31 days. More on the privacy page.
Can't use the form?
E-mail [email protected] from the same e-mail address with "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and tell you when it's done.
