Who is responsible

What the BoardHawk extension keeps in your browser
Your settings and filters, your licence key and its latest check, the list of loads already sent for booking (so a load is never sent twice), and – after your first real booking – the copy of Relay's booking request used for Instant Book. All of this stays in your browser's own extension storage on your computer. We never receive it.
What our licence server keeps

The licence server never receives your loads, prices, sites, drivers, posts, bookings, Relay messages or your Amazon password.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs – your internet address, the time, the page asked for and your browser type – for security. They're deleted automatically after 14 days.
If you e-mail us, your message is forwarded by Cloudflare's e-mail routing to our inbox (Gmail).
Who helps us
Our servers are hosted by Hostinger. Domain and e-mail routing are provided by Cloudflare. They process data only to provide those services.
Legal basis and how long we keep it
We use this information to provide BoardHawk to you (the contract between us), and for our legitimate interest in preventing misuse – for example, the same free trial being started again and again. We keep a key's or trial's details while it is in use, and afterwards only as long as we need them for those reasons. You can ask us to delete them at any time; if a key is still in use, deleting its details ends it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. E-mail contact@showmyplane.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change what we keep, we'll update this page and its date.
